Job Description

We are hiring for a packaging manufacturing facility in the Columbus, Ohio region. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining production equipment across the facility.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot conveyor systems, elevators, feed systems, sorters, pallet wrappers, jet case coders, volumetric filling machines, overwrap machines, and other equipment.

Learn and perform MIG welding on carbon and stainless steel.

Break down and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal operation.Essential Skills

2-3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial sector.

1 year of experience with automated equipment.

Experience troubleshooting 480-volt three phase motors.

Experience with conveyor systems, electrical systems, blueprint reading, and PLC troubleshooting.Additional Skills & Qualifications

PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Machining/fabrication experience is a plus.

Automated equipment troubleshooting experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely clean and organized, with a focus on working with a lot of automated equipment. The position offers two shifts: 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F) and 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:30 AM, M-F). Employees work 40-55 hours a week depending on production needs and must be open to working occasional Saturdays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Groveport, Ohio.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $58000.00/yr.

Full-time
