Volt is immediately hiring a Import/Export Analyst - in MINNETONKA, Minnesota 55345
As a Import/Export Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process.
Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import & Export Regulations.
Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule or Schedule B commodity codes.
Creating Proforma Invoices, Classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B, Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, Filing Shippers Export Declarations, Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System, Shipment Tracking and Follow Up, Logistics Coordinating/Assistance, Compliance/Audit, Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices.
Location: MINNETONKA, Minnesota 55345
Duration: 6+ Months contract
Pay: $29/hr. - $31/hr.
Shift – 1st 8am to 4:30pm
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
