Objetivo del puesto

Ejecutar la operación y mantenimiento proactivo en la red de acceso IP/MPLS y microondas para asegurar la disponibilidad, el rendimiento y la calidad de servicios de la red en niveles óptimos de diseño, como así también ejecutar y controlar la implementación de los cambios en la red.

Experiencia laboral y educación

Educación: Graduado en Ingeniería en Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Informática

Experiencia: Conocimiento y experiencia en redes IP/MPLS, protocolos de ruteo como OSPF, BGP.

Conocimiento general de fibra óptica, enlaces de microondas y tecnologías de acceso móvil 2G, 3G, 4G.

Área: CCNA o similares concluido,

Conocimientos de scripting en lenguajes como Python, Bash

Conocimientos de herramientas de monitoreo open-source

Simplicidad en la forma de pensar y hacer.

Vocación de servicio

Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes

-Monitorear la salud de plataformas de transporte Backhaul: redes IP/MPLS, enlaces de microondas.

-Ejecutar la operación y mantenimiento proactivo y preventivo: Gestión de alarmas, performance de la red y de los servicios.

-Resolver incidentes y problemas que ocurren en la red.

-Gestionar con los fabricantes de tecnología la resolución de incidentes y problemas.

-Analizar indicadores operacionales de la red (incidentes y problemas, causas, performance de red y servicios).

-Automatizar tareas rutinarias a través de scripts en Python o Bash

-Actualizar o modificar el monitoreo de equipos en herramientas como zabbix y grafana.

-Realizar guardias pasivas 24/7 según calendario

-Ejecutar ventanas de mantenimiento en el periodo 00:00 – 06:00

-Gestionar envío a reparación de los equipos dañados Presentar informe de -tareas

-Realizar implementación de proyectos de la red
