Counter-Form LLC, a leading regional manufacturer of laminate countertops, is seeking candidates for our Truck Loader position.

Work Schedule: Schedule will vary based on workload; Full-time with overtime.

1st Shift: Monday thru Friday starting at 6:30am (No Weekends!)

Specific job duties can vary from position to position, but all play a role in manufacturing work, which includes, inspecting product to ensure high quality laminate countertops.

Pay raise opportunities at 2 months, 6 months and 12 months of employment!

Responsibilities:

Load trucks safely and effectively by utilizing a forklift, pallet jacks, and manual labor.

Choose orders according to customer specifications and ensure suitable packaging for shipment.

Perform various material handling duties, including but not limited to sorting, stacking, and efficiently organizing products within the warehouse premises.

Undertake the responsibilities of shifting, organizing, ensuring cleanliness, and unloading trucks.

Responsible for quality control, check each piece to ensure correct core size and length, verify color and laminate number to listing.

Communication with drivers and the Logistics Manager is crucial.

Ability to build knowledge of materials, production processes, quality control techniques.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

HS diploma or GED preferred

Strength to lift up to 100 pounds intermittently, while bending and twisting for long periods of time.

Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math skills, including fractions

Attention to detail

Prior loading experience

Experience or knowledge of kitchen/cabinet/woodworking/home interior design, layout blueprint reading/writing, or installation is a plus.
