Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resource Business Partner (SHRBP) to join our dynamic team at Vanguard Charitable. The Senior HRBP will act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing expert HR guidance and support to achieve business results. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, exceptional leadership abilities, strategic operations mindset and a strong background in one or combination of non-profit, financial services and/or wealth management sectors.Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement Talent strategies that align directly to achieving business objectives.

Provide expert advice and guidance on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, leadership and organizational development.

Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment of top talent, succession and talent management planning, employee and leadership development programs.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee engagement, wellbeing, reward, recognition and retention strategies.

Manage daily oversight of HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, compliance, and HR reporting.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Analyze HR data, metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).

Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.

Solid technical and business acumen with the ability to process complex data and produce measurable solutions.

Strong knowledge of modern HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

Self-starter, able to prioritize and drive results with urgency.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in ADP, HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
