The position
We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator Junior (Analista de Logística Júnior) to join our Supply Coordination Team at Wilhelmsen Ships Services, based in Rio de Janeiro – Brazil.
You will report directly to the Supply Coordination Team Leader – Americas and work closely with stakeholders across the business.
Purpose of the role
To ensure that all goods prepared by the Warehouse Department are accurately delivered by drivers to the designated location, within the required timeframe, in proper condition, and accompanied by the correct documentation and applicable charges. This includes strict adherence to process compliance and continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key responsibilities
Monitor and execute dispatch activities according to SOPs and internal standards
Coordinate customer order deliveries with warehouse teams, service providers and agents
Update delivery ETAs and track status to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
Manage order processing tasks:
Print pick lists
Report picking status
Process and document deliveries
Scan delivery notes and issue invoices
Maintain delivery documentation and compliance records
Share schedules with the warehouse and ensure internal communication flow
Support dispatch operations across the Americas region
Schedule drivers and allocate resources effectively
Ensure availability for operational communication (company phone)
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Accountabilities & KPIs

Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Good English skills (spoken and written)
Valid passport and ability to travel when required
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Self-starter with teamwork mindset
Detail-oriented and systematic approach
Preferred:
Dangerous goods (DGR) certification
Maritime or warehouse logistics experience
Driving license (CNH)
Knowledge of marine products or documentation processes
