Utility Operator

Lingo Staffing is hiring for an Utility Operator in Roanoke, VA! Hours: 6am â 3:30pm Monday thru Thursday; Friday 6am â 10am

Pay: $14.50-$16/ hour depending on experience

The utility operator is responsible for prepping parts, loading circuit boards with components, and mechanical assembly. Job Requirements:

Able to multi-task

Good communication skills

Able to count accurately and handle small to large parts

Detail oriented â read and follow paperwork, fill out paperwork completely and legibly

Willingness to learn, cross-train in other areas

Looking for someone who is focused and works diligently. Preferred but not required:

Familiarity with IPC standards

Manufacturing experience helpful but not necessary

Some lifting required (10-30 lbs.)
