Physician Office RN, Dermatology

Harrison County Hospital is seeking to hire a Physician Office RN.

The RN focuses on safe effective patient and family centered care, customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.

The RN is responsible for assisting in maintaining a financially stable unit, and development with an emphasis on evidence based practice and education supported by a Practice Governance Framework.

Applying the caring process of the Kristin M.

Swanson Model of Care, the RN has the responsibility to assess, develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care.

The RN focuses on patient and family comfort, education, and satisfaction.

The RN applies their educational and professional experiences in the delivery of quality care and mentoring of staff.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: RN License in the State of Indiana High School Diploma or GED Required SKILLS: Ability to work independently and with groups.

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Good knowledge of medical terminology.

Use of correct terminology, spelling, and grammar in documentation.
