We have a vacancy for a Senior CX Consultant who will be responsible for the execution of air operations and customer service activities with the purpose of delivering a consistent, seamless customer experience, and handle all aspects of import and export file management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acceptance and tracking of cargo pre-alerts, including data quality checks and communication with overseas office
Arrange and monitor airline/customer cargo collections and deliveries
Handle and process air freight documentation e.g. licences, packing lists, commercial invoices
Prepare and issue AWB’s in accordance with local practice and policies
Familiar with customs clearance activities
Timely and accurate job costing and file closing in accordance with company guidelines
Timely and accurate customer Invoicing
Operational finance activities, including vendor invoice reconciliation and inter-company billing
Create and maintain customer specific reports and trackers ensuring compliance to agreed KPI’s
Customer enquiries and query resolution
Service delivery execution
Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships
Ensure Company guidelines and operating procedures are followed at all times
Ensure compliance to aviation and AEO security
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a candidate who has strong proficiency in the following skills:
Strong skillset in all airfreight-related processes in imports and exports which includes full knowledge of Incoterms, international rules and regulations
Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of freight management systems CW1 and Kewill in order to produce MAWB, HAWB and airfreight documentation
Working knowledge of Customs systems in order to execute export customs clearances
Dangerous goods by air
Aviation security
Good communication skills – verbal and written
Strong team player
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines / unsupervised
