Tech expertise is not even the focus bc there are PMs over the work streams but should have some ERP knowledge/experience Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Program Manager to lead and oversee our enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering strategic initiatives successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and finalization of ERP projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor and guide junior project managers, providing support and guidance to ensure their professional growth and development.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

PMP, PMI, or other relevant certifications.

10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on ERP systems.

Extensive experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make informed decisions under pressure.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in data migration and integration projects. Skills:

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.

Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean techniques.

Strong time management and attention to detail
