Role :
Lead the group talent acquisition policies and practices
Key assignments :
1/ Improve and implement our international recruitment processes across all locations
Formalise and improve the hr recruitment process across our locations
Facilitate and train a community of local HRBPs, in order to progressively harmonize and enhance recruitment practices
Train managers on recruitment best practices
2/ Lead the HR information system agenda
Translate processes into tools and automation, with the support of the HR information system team
3/ Simplify and accelerate our processes thanks to artificial intelligence
Improve, simplify and accelerate the hr recruitment process thanks to the introduction of artificial intelligence as part of each key recruitment stage
4/ Define and monitor key recruitment KPIs
With the support of the HR data team and HR information system, define and monitor key recruitment KPIs
5/ Lead the employer branding activities
Together with the communication, formalise and promote the euronext employee value proposition
5/ Lead some senior international recruitments
Lead and deliver directly some senior recruitments
Soft Skills
Strong international leadership : ability to facilitate international teams, excellent English
Strong project management / organisation skills
Required experiences
International facilitation experience with foreign local HRBPs
Project management experience
HRIS experience
