About the job:

The finance Business partner monitors the overall financial operational performance at Site. Contributes to strategic/business development by providing accurate, effective & reliable financial information & controls. He/she ensures compliance with Group controlling guidelines and procedures.

The incumbent acts as a business partner and advises senior management on relevant actions to put in place to improve performance & meet financial objectives

He/She is accountable for providing an accurate vision of CHC GBU Inventories & Distributions costs for the current and future periods.

Main responsibilities:

MANUFACTURING BUSINESS PARTNER

Site Business Partner: Management Reporting and Performance Analysis

Be the Finance Business Partner for Manufacturing team

Develop standard cost in compliance with group guidelines

Responsible to run the standard costs during the budget process and monthly basis

Provide all analysis to understand and explain standard costs

Provide accurate and effective management reporting and performance measurement with Variances & explanations, trend analysis for future Forecast, cost control, headcount and project financial management

Identify & communicate areas for attention to maintain & improve Low cost performance. i.e. Cost reduction areas in material & conversion cost, maximization of favorable variances, yield improvement etc. and monitoring implementation of agreed action plan

Production Order analysis (Yield, productivity)

Activity monitoring and definition Budget/Forecast

Labor calculation and variances (DL rate, Productivity, HNA)

Simulate new CoGm for projects, sourcing cases, scenario building for efficient ways of working and payback calculation

Purchase price variance calculation and report

Manage products transfer prices for intercompany purchases

FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS

Planning

Explore and actively participate on formulation initiatives to realize the Site vision.

Carry out the actions to realize the agreed strategy.

Business Plan Budget, Forecasts, Actuals / Financial Planning & Analysis

Organize timelines and key milestones.

Develop standard cost in compliance with group guidelines.

Follow up targets during the budget and LRP process.

Provide all analysis to understand and explain standard costs.

Financial Analysis:

Analyse variances and explain actual results versus Business plan, Forecast etc. every month

Animate, coordinate Budget, LRP and Strat Plan

Master data maintenance

Closing entries, accruals preparation for P&L

Development & designing of tools, systems & methods

Develop and design tools, system and methods to improve analysis and ways of working.

Support implementation of Group new tools (E-Buy, MyTravel, SHIFT, TM1 ) and training

Contribute to Master data issue resolution.

Prepare & update analytical structure (cost centers, CFN structure etc.)

Address cost & legal topics with Accounting, SBS teams.

COMPLIANCE

Internal Controls, Audits & Liaison / coordination rôle

Lead the adherence to all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations

Assess risks related to the processes; identify actions to mitigate the risk. Coordinate and participate to the testing waves.

Report deviations in Internal Control to management in accordance with process owners

Support Site team to understand the internal control aspects in business conduct to remain compliant within SANOFI framework by spreading awareness

Interact preparation, facilitate timely follow up and closure of the recommendations and Internal audit / GIA action plan

Actively participate and support the site management to complete various site related evaluation, survey and other data for different Govt., Regulatory & Group agencies.

Create and validate Sensitive transactions, access management

Support the implementation of action plans

BA&C / FBP DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Monitors the financial performance supporting the CHC TN MCO Head of Supply by performing financial analysis

Make proactive recommendations in term of resources allocations and optimization plans

Support local teams in decision making by providing consistent and accurate information

Pilot the budget, Strat Plan and forecast processes.

Design, implement and follow the financial KPIs and dashboards

Ensures appropriate follow up of areas requiring specific attention

Drive the financial assessment of Supply Chain projects within his/her perimeter thanks to an appropriate understanding of the business

Challenge business assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, ensuring consistency with the financial targets

Ensure a comprehensive compliance with all internal control and financial/accounting principles within his/her perimeter

Ensure consistency among countries of his/her perimeter in terms of financial processes and governance

Be the focal point for the statutory items related to Supply chain expenses

Establish strong network with the financial teams in the regions and countries

About you:

Degree and / or Cost Accountant / Existing exposure in Finance or Controlling

Experience in Finance
