The Petroleum Authority of Uganda informs all interested bidders that the deadline for submission of procurement activities that were advertised in the New Vision newspaper of 3rd April 2025 has been extended from 30th April 2025 to 13th May 2025.
Other terms and conditions in the Bidding Document remain unchanged.
The procurement activities are: Supervisory Consultancy Services for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a Real-Time Monitoring Centre (RTMC). Supply and Installation of Data Management Software for Oil and Gas with One-Year Support and Maintenance.
Development and Commissioning of an Electronic Work Programme and Budget Review System.
Comprehensive Technical Support and Maintenance Services for the Data Centre for three years.

Supervisory Consultancy Services for RTMC Scope: Oversee the supply, installation, and commissioning of a Real-Time Monitoring Centre for Uganda's oil and gas sector.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and project timelines.
Provide expert guidance on system integration and operational protocols.
Requirements: Proven experience in supervising similar large-scale technical projects.
Strong background in SCADA systems or real-time monitoring technologies.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). 2.
Data Management Software Specialist Scope: Implement specialized software for oil and gas data management.
Provide one-year post-installation support and maintenance.
Train PAU staff on system usage.
Requirements: Expertise in oil and gas data management systems (e.g., Petrel, OSIsoft PI). Certification in relevant IT systems.
Minimum 5 years of field experience.
