BCDI is adding a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our dynamic, patient-focused team. This unique role offers the opportunity to provide both inpatient and outpatient services to a diverse patient population affected by bleeding disorders, clotting disorders, and other blood conditions.

At BCDI, you will work alongside a supportive and motivated team of expert clinicians and researchers, delivering comprehensive care while having opportunities to advance your career through active participation in local and national conferences. BCDI provides opportunities for involvement in research initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance clinical knowledge and care delivery. The clinical team holds weekly meetings with the interdisciplinary team to collaborate on complex patients and to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care to pediatric and adult patients with bleeding, clotting, and blood disorders.

Manage patients in both outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings.

Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor ongoing treatments.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care.

Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on disease processes, treatments, and care plans.

Support BCDI’s Outreach clinics across the state, expanding access to specialized care.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Requirements

1. Licensed and certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Illinois.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

4. Two (2) plus years of clinical experience preferred.
