The Video & Content Creator will be responsible for producing polished, engaging videos content for our YouTube channel and other social media and digital platforms. This role involves working closely with a cross-functional team that includes graphic designers, UI/UX experts, and content strategists to ensure a cohesive and high-quality viewer experience. They will play a vital role in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our videos, enhancing our storytelling and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Create High-Impact Video Content: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including hardware unboxing, product showcases, instructional how-to guides, event highlights, and customer success stories.
Edit and Assemble Footage: Transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with our brand voice and resonate with a tech-savvy audience.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with designers and UI/UX teams to seamlessly incorporate visual assets, animations, and branded interface elements into videos.
Enhance Viewer Engagement: Apply editing techniques — pacing, transitions, effects — to maximize engagement across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Graphics, Animation, and Audio: Add text overlays, motion graphics, and subtle animations; manage sound mixing and color grading for professional polish.
Optimize for Each Platform: Format videos for multi-channel distribution while maintaining consistent quality and brand voice.
Contribute to Storytelling: Collaborate with content and marketing teams to script, storyboard, and structure video narratives that drive action and build loyalty.
Analyze and Adapt: Monitor video performance metrics to guide future content strategies and optimizations.

Requirements
Education
High School diploma or equivalent. Degree in related field and/or certifications are a bonus but not required.
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience in videography, video editing, or multimedia content production
Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Portfolio showcasing tech-related, instructional, or product-focused video work.
Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, pacing, and audience engagement.
Experience creating content optimized for YouTube and other social media platforms.
Basic motion graphics/animation skills (After Effects or similar).
Understanding of sound editing and color grading best practices.
Highly organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
Strong interest in technology, IT hardware, or electronics is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with UI/UX principles for integrating interface elements into video content.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization for YouTube and social platforms.
Experience with instructional or tutorial-style video formats.
Photography skills (for supplemental social media or website content) a plus.
