Role Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with other teams across the organization such as, treasury, credit and finance, regional business managers on issues and escalations related to agent funding.

Monitor agent’s activity and forecast funding needs.

Perform complex settlement operations tasks, ensuring that all daily and monthly KPIs are met.

Provide high quality and timely response to complex requests from our agent partners and business stakeholders globally.

Initiate and participate in projects related to settlement operations.

Suggest and implement procedures and process improvements related to our products, ensuring that all processes comply with company rules and regulations.

Establish and maintain relationships with assigned business units.

Provide training to all new and existing employees.

Role Requirements

Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.

3 years of relevant experience in payment operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable or similar field.

Strong communication, problem-solving and training skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment.

Customer-orientated approach.

People management experience would be an advantage.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,858 – 2,733 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
