Lead Battery Engineer - Long Duration Energy Storage - Oregon

I'm looking for an elite Battery Engineer to join my client who's a global leader in the innovation and delivery of their batteries.

This person will oversee and lead my client's Battery Engineering team and use your expertise to lead the research, development and testing activities focused on their batteries.

Requirements:

At least 8 years of battery industry experience (post-education)

Demonstrated experience leading a team

Strong understanding of battery material characterization techniques

Strong understanding of all types of battery testing (electrochemical, abuse, thermal, etc.) and test fixture design.

Well-versed in battery applications - Particularly in long-duration energy storage (LDES)

Plus: experience with Alkaline-based battery technologies/chemistries
