Senior Salesforce Developer - Hybrid/Remote

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer for one of our clients in the consumer services industry

You will be a key contributor for the company that supports millions of customers with a fast-paced, critical 24/7 operation

The base salary offered for this role is $140,000-160,000, with benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, pension) and bonus variable of 10%

This role is hybrid/remote - candidates must be within 1 hour of either office in Coppell, TX or Costa Mesa, CA. In-office attendance is one day bi-weekly (Wednesday)

Salesforce Certifications (required):

Advanced Administrator

Platform Developer

Data Architect (preferred)

Integration Architect (preferred)

Sharing and Visibility Architect (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor the team to improve the team’s overall productivity

Lead efforts at the epic-level in JIRA and provide guidance to peers

Coordinate with the other senior-level team members to advance best practices

Represent the team as a SME for all assigned initiatives.

Create at least two (2) new innovations, per years, for our platform that add value to our stakeholders and members.
