Responsibilities

Building data visualizations that reveal student understanding in realtime.

Crafting teacher workflows that feel natural (orchestrating 30 simultaneous learning journeys is a fascinating problem).

Creating interfaces that make AI insights actually useful for teachers in the classroom.

Qualifications

Substantial frontend work with complex application development, not just website building. Ex/ state management, complex user interactions, or performance optimization.

At least one significant project or role involving backend development.

Deeper programming knowledge beyond frameworks. Ex/

Development of internal tools or libraries.

Contributions to open source.

Implementation of complex features from scratch rather than just using existing libraries.

Experience with functional programming languages or concepts.

Systems level projects or compiler work.
