What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances

Complete make-ready units in a timely and efficient manner

Inspect vacated apartments and follow the company’s Apartment Make Ready Policy

Maintain the service shop—safe, clean, organized, and stocked with essential materials

Assist and supervise contractors or vendors working onsite

Respond promptly to resident service requests with a high level of customer care

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and rotating weekend availability

Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and up to URS standards

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of maintenance experience

HVAC certification required; EPA/CPO certifications preferred

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances

Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage time effectively

Customer-focused mindset and professional, team-oriented attitude

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must be able to commute to or reside near South Portland, ME
