Coordinate the development, implementation, and review of the University’s internal programme quality management system, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and standards.
Oversee programme quality reviews and audits, as well as external programme quality assurance activities, including programme accreditation processes.
Support the development and review of programme quality assurance policies, systems, and processes by monitoring and evaluating existing and new programmes.
Liaise with relevant departments to prepare self-evaluation reports for new and revised programmes in preparation for accreditation or validation.
Drive the development of improvement plans and facilitate the implementation of recommendations from accrediting agencies to enhance programme quality and perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
