Engineer Principal - Structural

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Engineer Principal - Structural to fulfill an immediate vacancy.

This individual will be responsible for performing structural analysis on spacecraft, payloads, and equipment using closed form and finite element techniques, and develop loads and environments for components. You will also support structural testing for static, modal, acoustic, shock, and vibration, and write detailed reports while maintaining a regular work schedule and fostering effective relationships across teams.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

- An active Secret clearance

- 6+ years of experience in mission systems, spacecraft systems, or ground systems

- 5+ years of Nastran experience with static, modal, buckling, and frequency response

- 5+ years of experience with FEM Applications (Explicit, Transient, Nonlinear)

Preferred skills include:

- FEM Applications: Multibody Dynamics, Line of Sight, Jitter

- Worked with composites, ceramics, and other high temperature materials

- Experience with structural analysis: joints, welds, electronics, antennas
