nnnAutomation & Efficiency: Design and automate recurring reports for lending, deposits, marketing, and risk management teams, streamlining processes and ensuring data integrity across systems and reporting tools.
nnnCollaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and create data-driven solutions, helping the organization improve performance and meet objectives.
nnnAdvanced Reporting & Visualizations: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Oracle Reporting platforms (CRM/BI), and Crystal Reports to provide leadership with actionable insights for decision-making.
nnnData Expertise & Knowledge Sharing: Use SQL Developer and Monarch Data Prep Studio to query, manipulate, and clean data, while also training business users on how to interpret data and use Power BI dashboards effectively.

Be part of a mission-driven organization where you can grow and make a real impact!nData Analyst Qualifications: nnEducation: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.nnnExperience: 4-6 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a financial institution or credit union.
