SQL Database Administrator

The SQL Database Administrator will be responsible for providing full-spectrum database administration for managed SQL database systems. This includes ensuring high availability, data protection, and effective backup and recovery strategies. The role involves configuring data replication, executing recovery operations in response to incidents, and performing performance tuning and integration support for applications. Additionally, the administrator will handle database security, auditing, and logging, while supporting ongoing lifecycle management for database systems.

*** This position must work on W2 and cannot be done on C2C or 1099. This client does not offer current or future sponsorship

This is a remote position with one day on-site per week required.

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in SQL Server Database Administration

Experience with database integration and performance tuning

Experience in Backup configuration, monitoring, and recovery operations

Security Clearance is required
