Job responsibilities: Participate in planning: engage in the planning, estimation, and sizing of products, features, and user stories.
Deliver comprehensive quality assurance solutions that adhere to enterprise standards and timelines.
Manage issues proactively: report and oversee the resolution of issues promptly to minimise unexpected costs and avoid delays or stability problems once the system goes live.
Break down requirements: help digest business needs into manageable features, stories, and epics for streamlined delivery.
Assist with backlog grooming: participate in backlog grooming sessions to prioritise and clarify tasks effectively.
Join sprint activities: take part in sprint planning discussions, contributing to test estimations and defining acceptance criteria for each user story.
Build strong relationships: develop and maintain effective partnerships with peers, subject matter experts, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders through clear and open communication that aligns with our client values.
Collaborate effectively: work alongside QA Leads, Practice Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners to ensure we consistently meet client expectations.
Network across teams: connect with stakeholders throughout Group Technology to create a strong professional network.
Enhance delivery processes: contribute to retrospective reviews to identify and implement efficiencies that lead to faster delivery without compromising quality for our clients.
Skills required: Selenium Java REST Assured Banking and Insurance experience Payments experience (advantageous)
