Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in the company-wide harmonization of testing technology, testing software, and testing processes.

Develop, test, and document new testing concepts to improve production efficiency and quality assurance.

Collaborate closely with research and product development teams to ensure the manufacturability of products with optimized testing strategies (e.g., DfT, FMDA). • Plan, develop, and implement new testing technologies, including low-voltage, high-voltage, and photometric testing.

Design and create software-driven test flows to enhance automation and reliability in production testing.

Support the introduction of new products within the global testing system, ensuring alignment with project schedules and manufacturing standards.

Apply statistical tools (e.g., MSA, VDA) to analyze and optimize testing processes for higher efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain and document product-specific test flows, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and improving testing systems.

Ensure effective communication and cooperation with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.

Requirements:

Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Physics, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar)

Minimum of 5 years of experience with technical and production-related project coordination as well as project management

Profound knowledge of vb.net, NI TestStand, Minitab, etc.

Strong knowledge of statistical evaluations of test results as MSA acc. VDA

Knowledge of database and cloud-based solutions

Able to work autonomously with a pronounced sense of own initiative

Business fluent English skills (written and oral)

Self-confidence in combination with good communication skills and assertiveness

Intercultural understanding and willingness to regular national and international travel activities (approximately 30% of working hours)
