Eastgate CJDR is looking for a candidate to assist with the launch of our new Vehicle Exchange Program. This role is perfect for a self-starter that loves a challenge and works well with people. Whether assisting a customer with a large service repair, or someone simply interested in an upgrade, this role is vital to our team as we work hard to retain our customers and add desired inventory.
Training will be provided and no experience is necessary.
Job Duties:
Providing customer service and educating current service customers on the advantages of exchanging
Provide each service customer with a fair and accurate appraisal of their vehicle
Work directly with the General Manager to achieve the standard of 20 exchanges monthly
Call upcoming service appointments for introduction and verify information
Requirements:
Customer-centric approach with professional demeanor
Strong communication skills
Desire to assist customers with effective vehicle exchange offers
