1-year contract with potential conversion!
Location: Tulsa, OK (100% On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support operations at our Tulsa, OK facility. This position will serve as the right-hand support to the department manager and play a key role in coordinating administrative functions and managing SAP PM-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle invoices, work orders, and scheduling tasks
Provide support with timekeeping, fact-checking, and document management
Cross-check information in the capital project and financial systems
Perform general office duties: phones, filing, mail processing, and vendor coordination
Maintain organized records and assist with travel arrangements and supply inventory
Utilize SAP PM and Chronos for data entry and transactional tracking
Requirements
SAP PM experience is required (SAP Accounting/Payroll acceptable)
Strong Active Directory and Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
0–3 years of administrative or technical support experience
Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and capable of multitasking under pressure
Professional demeanor, especially in fast-paced morning operations

Comfortable working in a high-accountability, action-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication skills
Prior experience with Chronos is a plus
Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
