Volt is immediately hiring Warehouse and Production Workers to join our team at 3M in Rockland, MA. Learn new skills and build your future with Volt in a clean and safe environment.

As a Warehouse or Production Worker you will:

Assemble/package manufactured products

Perform quality checks on product

Responsible for stocking materials for items to be packaged

Perform accurate data entry and document all transactions

Meet/Exceed production standards; hitting goals and working safely at every point in the manufacturing processCandidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. throughout shift

Ability to stand and work on a production line throughout shift

Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirementsJobs available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts; Monday – Friday.

Experience with the following is a plus:

Production

Warehouse

Manufacturing
