Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for loading and unloading materials into and out of trucks onto conveyor belts, pallets, etc. They will mix materials to manufacture concrete blocks and load blocks onto conveyor belts. This role requires physical work, including the ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the day. The job takes place in a production environment, and being mechanically inclined is a plus.
Responsibilities

Perform general labor work in a production environment.

No prior experience required, but hands-on working experience is beneficial.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical skills/thinking is a plus.

This position offers good starting pay with no experience required. There is growth potential, allowing candidates to move into machine operator, forklift, or other roles. The job is stable with a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a good crew of people to work with and plenty of exercise while working.
Work Environment
You will work for a concrete block manufacturer in a general labor role. The job is primarily outdoors but under a roof, and the environment can be dusty due to the materials. The shift is from 6 AM to 3 or 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with optional Saturdays. Expect to work 45-55 hours a week. This is an ongoing contract position that could last for a couple of months or up to 90 business days to hire.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
