Master Machine Operator

Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Grantsburg WI to hire a Master Operator for this Direct Hire opportunity! This candidate will be responsible for learning multiple production roles to be the go to Employee when additional help and coverage is needed!

Shift-2nd shift 7pm-7am (7 days on 7 days off)

Pay $23/hr

Responsibilities:

Be able and willing to complete all functions and duties outlined in the job descriptions for positions that the Master Operator position will backfill including, but not limited to:

Make room: this position is responsible for assisting the cheesemakers in the production of cheese, monitors machines, including the flow, temperature, PH and acid.

Whey Process Operator: responsible for whey-based products from the time whey enters the pasteurizer until it leaves the plant either as whey protein concentrate or whey permeate.

Cheesemaker: operates machines that pasteurize and cook the milk, monitor the cooking temperature, and mix ingredients for the cheese.

Intake: required to perform all duties involved in the shipping and receiving of milk, whey products, as well as bi-products.

Brine Operator: responsible for the operation of the Brine Room. Backfill for displaced associates due to sick leave, LOA, and vacation on all shifts

Packaging: responsible for knowing and operating the different machines within the string, loaf and shred departments.

Warehouse: receive, store, and distribute material/products within the company.

Operate Forklift as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma

Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license. Previous forklift operator experience preferred, but not required.

Willingness to learn multiple roles via cross-training and shadowing

3-5 years of Machine Operation/Warehouse experience

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
