Facilities Supervisor (Boiler License Required)

The Facilities Supervisor is charged with overseeing our Dricon Manufacturing Plant and managing the facility maintenance of our 19-acre Yard. This integral member of the Operations team must be well versed in manufacturing, planning, and facilities maintenance. strong verbal and written communication skills will be necessary to lead and hold team members accountable.

Must hold a 2-C Boilers License

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Safety – Safely Operate and Maintain Company Property

Lead, Manage and hold department Accountabilities

Plant Management – Schedule Treating to maximize uptime with production

Maintain Area of Responsibility – Maintain treating and sticking equipment

Facilities Maintenance – Develop routine maintenance schedule to improve operations and manage outside facility vendor relationships

THIS IS YOU

The ideal Facilities Supervisor is mechanically inclined with strong organizational and planning skills. The successful candidate has a background in manufacturing and facilities maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

4+ years Facilities Maintenance experience

2+ years supervisory experience

Grade C Boiler’s License

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
