The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team scheduling, ensure client satisfaction, and help drive performance. $20 - $25 hourlyResponsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure a seamless guest experience

Manage team scheduling, payroll, and performance tracking

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care

Handle client concerns with grace and prompt resolution

Coordinate training, onboarding, and team development

Monitor inventory, product ordering, and supply levels

Support marketing promotions and client retention strategies

Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and leadershipQualifications:

Previous experience in salon/spa management or a team leadership role is required

Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License preferred, but not required

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Experience with booking software and POS systems

Ability to multitask and manage both team and client expectations
