Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry at our location in El Cajon, California. The role we are seeking to fill is that of a Controller. In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities, including overseeing the operation of accounting systems, auditing, and budget processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of accounting software systems to ensure accurate record keeping

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action to maintain financial health

• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports to analyze and report on financial data

• Handle accounting functions, including processing customer credit applications and maintaining customer credit records

• Ensure the smooth operation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Utilize 3M and ADP - Financial Services tools to facilitate accounting processes

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Oversee budget processes, including planning, monitoring, and reporting

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Ensure the accuracy of financial data by reviewing and revising as necessary.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Controller role within the Manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in 3M software applications.

• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems is crucial.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.

• Proficient in using CRM software.

• Expertise in Crystal Reports is required.

• Strong competency in accounting functions.

• Proficient in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Experience in auditing is crucial.

• Familiarity with budget processes is a must.
