Neogen Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Technician (2nd Shift) to join our team. This is an entry-level position that plays a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our Lateral Flow products by performing chemical, immunochemical, biological, or microbiological testing. The ideal candidate will have a background in science, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow within a lab environment.

This role follows an onsite model to accommodate business needs while maintaining team collaboration.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 11:00 AM – 9:30 PMEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform routine chemical, immunochemical, biological, or microbiological assays for Lateral Flow.

Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines in daily activities.

Assist in the development of new QC procedures.

Help with special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Perform equipment qualification as needed.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to streamline activities and troubleshoot QC or manufacturing issues.

Meet individual and departmental goals and objectives.Education and/or Experience:

Minimum Associate’s degree in a science-related field,

OR

High school diploma with some college-level science coursework and 1 year of QC Lab Tech experience.
