Job Description
We are seeking skilled welders to perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel for producing exhaust systems across various sectors, including power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road markets. This role involves tack welding, assembling exhausts, and working with both custom and production style MIG welding. Proficiency in reading blueprints and weld symbols is essential, as is the ability to undertake a variety of tasks to foster learning and growth within the company.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel for exhaust systems.
Tack weld and assemble exhausts as required.
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately.
Assist with fabrication tasks, such as operating brake presses, shears, and rollers.
Contribute to various tasks in the shop to support company growth.Essential Skills
Experience in welding, whether on the farm, at school, or on the job.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
Capable of performing a weld test by building a product from a blueprint.Additional Skills & Qualifications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $36.00/hr.
