Job Title: Laser Plate Cutting Operator Location: Louisa, VA Job Type: Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Laser Plate Cutting Programmer/Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating laser cutting machines to produce precise metal parts.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate laser cutting machines to cut metal plates according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Perform quality inspections to ensure that parts meet required standards.

Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Laser Plate Cutting Operator or in a similar role.

Familiarity with CNC programming and operation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
