We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of our facility. This key role will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, oversee daily operations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals.

Implement and optimize preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.

Oversee planning and scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability.

Manage maintenance budgets and resources, ensuring top-quartile cost performance.

Enforce safety, compliance, and environmental standards across all maintenance activities.

Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and RCM principles.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on maintenance performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline

7+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.

Proficiency with CMMS software and ISO 55000 asset management principles.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work on ladders and in confined spaces as needed.
