Mechanical Systems Engineer

Join our growing engineering team as a Systems Engineer and play a key role in driving the design, development, and launch of innovative products. In this hands-on role, you’ll work across the full product lifecycle — from concept and design through validation and manufacturing launch. We're looking for a technical problem-solver who is passionate about building high-quality equipment and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mechanical system design and development using CAD and engineering analysis tools.

Develop product concepts, perform structural and performance analyses, and drive validation testing.

Create specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation to support design and manufacturing.

Collaborate closely with project managers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and quality engineers.

Conduct root cause investigations and implement improvements for product reliability and performance.

Support prototype builds, system integration efforts, and launch activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in product development, mechanical design, or system integration.

Proficient with CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Creo, etc.) and FEA analysis.

Strong understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.

Experience with DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and structured problem-solving methods (5-Why, 8D, A3).

Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.

A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
