coordinate with local subcontractor, clients of container terminal
set up excel sheet with project information
order parts from Local vender and keep record
write daily report both to customer and management
communicate with customer and keep good relationship with customer
sort out the project cost and have a weekly report to the project manager
record the punchlist items or other request which required by the customer
assist the project manager to manage the project in a timely and costly manner.
Education Background
Bachelor's degree or above
Working Experience
1 year or more, mechanical engineering working experience
project assistant or project coordination experience
logistics experiences
Qulifications and Skills
Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Project
Languages: English, Mandarin, Spanish (optional)
