Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Project Architect / Senior Project Manager with exceptional design sensibility and a strong technical background to join our Coral Gables-based team. This role focuses on leading the design and technical development of luxury high-rise projects with iconic, high-quality architecture. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative, in-office environment with minimal remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and technical execution of luxury high-rise projects from concept through completion.

Manage project teams, schedules, and deliverables to ensure technical excellence and design integrity.

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining clear, professional communication.

Oversee construction administration and ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and budget.

Take ownership of project outcomes with a leadership mindset and an owner’s attitude.

Participate actively in client meetings, site visits, and contractor coordination.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Architecture required; Master’s Degree preferred.

Architectural License required.

8+ years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury high-rise architecture.

Proven experience managing both design and technical phases of large-scale projects.

Strong design and detailing skills with an emphasis on high-quality, iconic architecture.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must; additional software skills (SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite) are a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work primarily in-office with minimal remote work.
