We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer with an active Tennessee P.E. license to lead the electrical design and development of a cutting-edge Hypersonic Missile Defense Test Facility. What You'll Do:
Lead the design and implementation of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems — power distribution, controls, and instrumentation.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, keeping projects on track, on budget, and in line with top safety and performance standards.
Stamp and certify electrical drawings to meet all NEC, IEEE, DoD, and local regulations.
Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of all electrical infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and base authorities to keep everything running smoothly.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s a big plus).
Active Tennessee P.E. license (required).
10+ years of electrical engineering experience, especially with medium/low-voltage systems in defense, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
Expertise with AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, ETAP (or similar tools), NEC, IEEE, and DoD standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
U.S. citizenship and eligibility for DoD security clearance.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with hypersonic or aerospace testing facilities.
Prior work at Arnold Air Force Base or on other Air Force/DoD projects.
Knowledge of SCADA and advanced control systems.
