Are you passionate about underwater technology and ready to lead exciting integration and test efforts? Join our team as an Lead Systems Test Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of advanced underwater systems.
In this role, you will:
Take charge of Integration & Test program planning — owning schedules, deadlines, budgets, and resource management.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our customers, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded during all I&T efforts.
Partner with a talented cross-functional team to verify requirements, validate designs, and drive successful requirements sell-off.
Develop and carry out detailed testing plans and procedures for both software and hardware.
Lead complex integration activities, troubleshoot issues, coordinate external supplier testing, and oversee offsite testing operations.
Create custom test environments, specialized test equipment, and tools — experience with LabVIEW is a bonus!
Design, build, and validate test support software, custom analysis scripts, and automated testing solutions.
Drive production planning initiatives, analyze key data, and help establish meaningful metrics for continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing matters with external customers and suppliers.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping to grow talent within the program and across the organization.
