Our client is a social enterprise that transforms a “pest” into eco-iconic and multi-functional leathergoods sustainably made from water hyacinth, with a mission to empower affected families by the water hyacinth infestation problem through livelihood generation.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
Manage employee government benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions and filings
Oversee general HR functions, including recruitment processes, onboarding, payroll, employee records management, policy implementation, and employee engagement
Supervise and mentor interns, providing guidance and feedback to support their development
Maintain accurate HR records and conduct employee onboarding and documentation
Accurately perform data entry, record-keeping, and financial documentation filing
Conduct monthly sales and expense reports to support financial planning and decision-making
Reconcile financial data before uploading it into NetSuite or other accounting software
Follow up on accounts receivable and support collection efforts
Handle finance audits and maintain compliance with internal and external requirements
Handle administrative tasks such as government document processing, accreditations, and support for other departments (e.g., purchasing, logistics, inventory)
Pick up and deposit sales or expense-related funds as needed
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth office operations
Ideal Candidate
Preferably at least 2 yearsof office job experience with similar roles
Very detailed and organized
College graduateComputer Literate
Able to work with minimal supervision
Knowledgeable in the use of any accounting software (priority is given to someone with knowledge of NetSuite).
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various tasks
Honest person and of high integrity
