Job Description

As a People Services Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR and payroll support across the entire employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Country People Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes, while serving as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR, payroll, and policy-related queries. In addition, you will actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives and people-related projects, supporting the continuous improvement of HR operations and employee experience.

Job Requirements:

Oversee the effective execution of employment processes including contract preparation, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.

Manage all transactional HR activities related to employee lifecycle events such as hiring, internal transfers, status updates, and terminations.

Ensure accurate maintenance of both digital and physical employee records in compliance with company standards and data protection regulations.

Perform timely and precise data entry into HR and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Prepare and verify payroll-related data, track working hours and absences, and liaise with external payroll providers as needed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, taxation, benefits, and time off, providing support through in-person meetings, email, and internal communication tools.

Support the administration of occupational accident cases and liaise with relevant authorities in coordination with the Health and Safety Officer.

Deliver onboarding sessions for new employees, providing essential information on HR, payroll, and health and safety procedures.

Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and system improvements.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment-related administration, including medical check coordination, pre-boarding, and onboarding support.

Monitor and report on key HR metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or e-commerce environments.

Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all administrative tasks.

Understanding of local labor regulations and employment law

Proficiency in IT systems, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Workday or similar; strong command of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent matters.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, service-oriented support to internal stakeholders.

Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion.

Proficiency in Czech and fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
