Wage: $32.00-$35.00 per hour (Based on Experience) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

National Hydro-Excavation Services is looking for a skilled and reliable Traveling Hydrovac Operator to join our expanding team. If you're experienced in non-destructive excavation and enjoy working in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Operate hydrovac trucks and equipment to safely excavate, trench, and remove debris

Ensuring work is completed on time and in compliance with safety standards

Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment

Travel regularly to job sites across Nebraska and neighboring states

Work in varying outdoor conditions with occasional long hours and weekend shifts

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Prior hydrovac or heavy equipment operation preferred

Licensing: Valid CDL with clean driving record - REQUIRED

Work Ethic: Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused

Physical Ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs., work in tough weather conditions, and perform manual labor

Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and adjust to changing job sites
