Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Target-Based Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within given timeframes while meeting set targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong network, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various job portals, networking platforms, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and job fit.
Coordinate interview processes between clients and candidates.
Ensure timely and successful placements by aligning candidate expectations with client requirements.
Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
Meet or exceed assigned recruitment targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a target-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring goals within deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and t7job portals.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
