Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Risk Management)

Location: Charlotte, NC, Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team, bringing strong development expertise, effective communication skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform and a preference will be given to those with experience in modules beyond ITSM—especially TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), formerly known as VRM (Vendor Risk Management). This role requires in-office work three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a Scrum environment.

Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of Agile ceremonies.

Analyze business needs and implement solutions using best practices for scalability and performance.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow environment.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful delivery of desired functionality.

Preferred Experience:

Strong development experience in ServiceNow.

Experience with modules outside of ITSM is preferred.

Hands-on knowledge or prior work in TPRM/VRM is a plus.

Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.

Agile/Scrum development experience is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Requirements:

Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days per week.
