PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Provide effective management for all projects and proposals within the Location projects and portfolios to ensure successful delivery, improvement in capability, career progression, and training for project management disciplines. Responsibilities include:

WHAT YOU’LL DO
HSE Management:
Ensure projects comply with Worley HSE Management system.
Formulate proactive HSE initiatives and programs.
Promote world-class health, safety, and environmental performance.
Develop and implement systems to minimize environmental impact and manage recovery from incidents.
Capability Enhancement:
Implement new company systems and capability enhancements.
Identify and address areas for improvement.
Grow project delivery capability.
Client Relationships:
Manage client requirements and stakeholder needs effectively.
Participate in customer meetings.
Performance Management:
Supervise and coach project delivery personnel.
Monitor project trends and take remedial action.
Ensure regular, accurate reporting for all projects.
Conduct monthly reviews of project status and health.
Project Services Management:
Enhance project service capabilities.
Develop digital delivery capability.
Ensure consistency across project service elements.
Quality Management:
Ensure projects comply with Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and General Management System (EMS).
Train personnel to use EMS and WPMP.
Continuously improve project management systems and processes.
Resourcing:
Develop workload plans aligned to location strategy.
Balance GDC/GID employment.
Team Building:
Chair communication and coordination forums.
Foster a sense of long-term home for project personnel.
Personal Development:
Implement personal development plans and performance management programs.
Develop a training budget.
Provide WPMP training for new starters.
Offer mentoring for career development.
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE
Extensive technical and project delivery hands-on experience
Commercial experience with various models (Fixed price, reimbursable, unit rates, etc.)
Proven ability in leading multidiscipline activities
Substantial experience and track record in managing projects
Experience in managing portfolios or projects and teams of project engineers/project managers
Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment
Experience in LNG required
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Demonstrable experience in reporting and performance
Approximately, 20 years minimum industry experience (primarily LNG, Upstream and/or downstream, greenfield and brownfield)
Leadership & Management Skills:

Qualifications, Accreditation, Training Required:
A recognized Bachelor degree from an accredited university or equivalent qualification/experience.
Preferred:
Postgraduate qualifications in the relevant discipline; management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent.
Eligible for Certified Practicing Project Director (CPPD) certification or equivalent
