Our company has an opening for entry level Office Assistant / Receptionist / Basic Data Entry to work at our Granada Hills office. All applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of experience and qualifications.
Desired qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills,
- Very reliable and trainable,
- Trustworthy and honest,
- Serious and responsible,
- Good references,
- Follow instructions,
- Ability to enter data
- Ability to set up appointments, answer multiple phone lines, able to multitask, process and track orders, answer customer service calls.
- Certificate in Paralegal Studies (is desired but NOT required)
- Willingness to become a notary public.
